There are several forms of identification you can use when collecting your device from one of our collection points.
These can all be found below
Each of our designated collection points require the customer to show a valid form of ID in order to ensure the repair goes home with the right person safe and sound! A list of all the valid IDs can be found below.
An In-date Passport
A Valid UK/EU Driving Licence
A Non-Expired Credit or Debit Card

A: In the unlikely event that you have none of the listed forms of identification, please contact us directly via: 020 3651 7540.
You will be reminded to bring in identification via email when your device is on the way to the collection point.
